Overhead craneThe trolley reducer is affected by vibration, wear, pressure, temperature and other factors, and oil leakage often occurs in the static sealing parts of each joint surface. The traditional treatment method is to disassemble the reducer, replace the sealing gasket or apply sealant, but it is time-consuming and labor-intensive, and it is difficult to ensure the sealing effect, and leakage will occur again during operation. In contemporary western countries, polymer composite materials are mostly used to control leakage on site, and the most widely used are the Blessed World Blue series. The polymer material can be repaired without disassembly, and the material has superior adhesion, oil resistance and 350% elongation, which can well overcome the influence of the vibration of the reducer, and the repair effect is more effective than the traditional method.
Wear management
The driving wheel of the bridge crane and the reducer of the cart run frequently. Repeated reversal and emergency stop and parking will increase the torque and vibration of each axis of the reducer, which is easy to cause leakage. After such problems occur, traditional methods are mainly based on repair welding or machining after brush plating, but both have certain drawbacks: the thermal stress generated by the high temperature of repair welding cannot be completely eliminated, and bending or fracture is easy to occur; Coating is limited by the thickness of the coating, and it is easy to peel off, and the above two methods are both repairing the metal with metal, which cannot change the "hard-to-hard" matching relationship, and will still cause re-wear under the combined effect of various forces. The latest maintenance methods are mostly based on polymer composite materials, and the most widely used products are Meijiahua technology products, which have comprehensive properties such as super adhesion and excellent compressive strength. The use of polymer materials for repair has neither the influence of the thermal stress of repair welding, nor is the repair thickness limited. At the same time, the metal material of the product does not have the concessional property, which can absorb the shock and vibration of the equipment, avoid the possibility of re-wear, and greatly extend the equipment. The service life of components saves a lot of downtime for enterprises and creates huge economic value.
1. Appearance of the bridge crane: clean the appearance comprehensively, so that there is no dust accumulation and no yellow robes. Check for cracks and open welding.
2. Carts and trolleys: ①Check and fasten the transmission shaft seat, gearbox, coupling, shaft and key for looseness; ②Check and adjust the brake wheel clearance to make it uniform, sensitive and reliable.
3. Check the bridge crane reducer mainly to see if it leaks oil. If there is abnormal noise in the box during operation, it is necessary to open the box cover to check. Generally, it is caused by bearing damage, excessive gear meshing backlash, and serious tooth surface wear.
4. Lifting winch: ① Check whether the wire rope, hook and pulley are safe and reliable, and should be replaced if the wear exceeds the specified value. ②Check and adjust the brake to make it safe, sensitive and reliable.
5. Inspection of wire ropes of bridge cranes. The inspection of the wire rope should focus on observing broken wires, wear, kinks, rust, etc. For some positions with serious wear and broken wires but not exceeding the standard, marks should be made so as to focus on tracking and re-inspection. Pay attention to check whether the safety limiter of the wire rope in the drum is effective, whether the wire rope pressure plate on the drum is pressed tightly and whether the number of pressure plates is appropriate.
6. Lubrication: Check the oil quality and quantity of all parts, and add or replace lubricating oil as required.
7. Inspection of overhead crane pulleys. The focus is on whether the wear at the bottom of the groove exceeds the standard and whether there are cracks in the cast iron pulley. For the balance wheel of the pulley block of the pitching mechanism, it is easy to be ignored because it does not move under normal circumstances. Therefore, it is necessary to check the flexibility of its rotation before installation. Otherwise, the length and tension of the left and right wire ropes in the installation cannot be automatically adjusted by the balance wheel, which increases the difficulty and operational danger of adjusting the pitching rope at high altitudes.
8. Electrical: ① Check whether the limit switches are sensitive and reliable; ③ Check whether the actions of the electrical appliances in the electrical box are sensitive and reliable; ③ Check whether the motor, bell, and wires are safe and reliable; ④ Check whether the signal lights are in good condition.
9. Check whether the couplings of the overhead crane are loose or even "roll keys". Focus on checking whether the elastic rubber ring of the elastic pin coupling is abnormally worn, and pay special attention to the wear of the gear ring of the toothed coupling. Due to poor installation accuracy, when there is a large offset between the two shafts, the entire ring gear will quickly wear out in a short period of time. If such a situation occurs in the hoisting mechanism, serious accidents are likely to occur.
