The equipment maintenance contract shall specify that the content of equipment maintenance shall not be lower than the requirements of point 4 of this article, and the period shall not be lower than the requirements and responsibilities of point 5 of this article. The emergency rescue contract for unexpected situations shall specify the person responsible for emergency rescue in unexpected situations, the mobile phone number of the responsible person, and the working time and response time of the promised service.

Second, the use and management of construction cranes

Before the use of construction hoisting machinery, the general contractor, installation and maintenance unit, subcontracted user, and supervision unit must jointly make joint safety technical disclosures to equipment operators, signal commanders, and maintenance personnel, and related responsibilities personnel signature. 2. Construction hoisting machinery operators shall strictly implement the safety operation rules and relevant safety operation regulations during the operation, establish a shift system, and fill in the corresponding records.

3. Before and after each shift, the project equipment management personnel of the general construction contractor shall implement the requirements of Shunjian Telex No. 04.63 in accordance with the requirements of the "Notice on Establishing a Inspection System for Vertical Transportation Equipment at Construction Sites", together with the operators. During inspections and records, if any hidden dangers of accidents or other unsafe factors are found, they should be dealt with immediately; when the situation is urgent, it may be decided to stop using the equipment and report to the on-site safety management personnel and relevant persons in charge in time.

4. An instruction manual for operation and maintenance content, as well as relevant equipment operation safety technical disclosure forms and relevant equipment safety operation regulations used in the above-mentioned joint safety technical disclosure shall be provided in the driver's cab of construction hoisting machinery, and equipment maintenance shall be posted. The maintenance service hotline of the insurance unit, the person in charge of emergency rescue in case of accidents, and the mobile phone number of the person in charge. Construction hoisting machinery drivers should bring a mobile phone when they are on duty, but they are not allowed to answer the phone during operation, so as to report equipment abnormalities and emergency information in a timely manner.

V. The general contractor of construction shall strictly implement these regulations and the laws, regulations, standards and norms related to safety production, do a good job in corresponding safety protection work, and set up safety warning signs in prominent positions.

6. The general construction contractor shall set up a corresponding equipment management agency or assign full-time management personnel according to the actual situation. The management personnel of the equipment management agency of the general contractor of the project shall be familiar with the mechanical properties, conduct regular inspections on the use of construction hoisting machinery, and deal with any problems found immediately; when the situation is urgent, they have the right to decide to stop using the equipment and report to the relevant person in charge in a timely manner .

Three, equipment maintenance requirements

The installation and maintenance unit shall formulate a maintenance system according to the relevant requirements of equipment safety and technical performance, and implement the maintenance work according to the following procedures and steps:

Safety inspection and maintenance before equipment installation: check the integrity of the performance of the main mechanisms of the equipment, check the visible defects of the main steel structure and connecting parts and their pins and bolts, check the anti-corrosion condition of the equipment surface, form a record, and issue the installation Opinion.

2. Routine maintenance after the equipment is delivered for use: Routine maintenance should be the responsibility of the equipment operator or the full-time personnel of the user unit. The installation and maintenance unit is obliged to supervise and inspect the content of daily maintenance. The main content of daily maintenance is summarized as "cross operation method": cleaning, tightening, lubrication, adjustment, and anti-corrosion. 10 to 30 minutes before and at the end of the shift every day, inspect whether all parts and parts of the equipment are normal, oil and lubricate according to regulations, pay attention to whether the sound of mechanical operation is normal, and do cleaning work and shift work to ensure that the appearance of the equipment is clean and running normally. 3 Periodic inspection and maintenance during the use of the equipment: Carry out several maintenance and repairs on the mechanical equipment within the specified time, focusing on cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, disassembly, and overhaul. It is generally done by maintenance personnel and operators.

The requirements of the four major repairs are recommended, and are not mandatory for the time being: major repairs are when the main assemblies of the equipment have reached or approached the service life limit, the mechanical power performance has been significantly reduced, the fuel consumption has increased, the operation is ineffective, and the sound is abnormal Or under the condition that the equipment can no longer exert normal production performance, a comprehensive and thorough restoration repair method is adopted, so that the equipment should be repainted from the essence of technical performance and appearance to achieve the purpose of looking like new. 4. Regular maintenance of equipment

For construction lifting equipment other than mobile cranes, the regular maintenance of equipment should at least include the following:

V. Regular maintenance cycle of equipment

The periodic inspection and maintenance cycle of tower cranes and construction hoists shall not exceed once a month.

The regular inspection and maintenance cycle of the derrick material hoist shall not exceed once every two months.

Six, equipment regular maintenance records

The installation and maintenance unit should formulate a numbered construction hoisting machinery regular maintenance record form, and comprehensively record the maintenance content.

After the regular maintenance of each construction hoisting machine, the equipment installation and maintenance unit will issue a construction hoisting machine regular maintenance record form and store it in the technical file of the construction hoisting machine.
